Twisted Citrus T Shirt Co. operates a made-to-order business. When you place an order, your product is produced through our fulfilment partner, Printful, and then shipped to you.

1. Where we ship

We ship to destinations made available through our online checkout.

Our current intended markets include the European Union and the United States, together with other destinations that are available through checkout.

The availability of a particular destination may vary according to:

• Product;
• Destination;
• Carrier;
• Fulfilment location;
• Legal or customs restrictions; and
• Other operational considerations.

The checkout will determine whether delivery is available to the address you provide.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Production and fulfilment

Our products are made to order.

After your order has been successfully placed, it is sent to Printful for production and fulfilment.

Printful currently states that standard fulfilment takes approximately 2–5 business days for most products, although actual times vary by product, technique, fulfilment location and order volume.

The fulfilment period does not include shipping time.

4. Delivery estimates

The delivery estimate depends on:

• Your delivery country;
• Your delivery address;
• The product ordered;
• The fulfilment location;
• The shipping method selected; and
• Carrier conditions.

The estimated delivery information shown at checkout is the best available estimate at the time of purchase.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

6. Customs, duties and import charges

For international orders, customs procedures, duties, taxes or other import charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.

Where such charges are imposed by the destination country and are not included in the amount paid at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information where required.

7. Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated due to circumstances including:

• Carrier delays;
• Customs processing;
• Weather;
• Peak seasonal periods;
• High order volumes;
• Product availability;
• Incorrect address information;
• Failed delivery attempts; or
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Incorrect addresses

Please carefully check your delivery address before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

This does not affect any statutory rights where responsibility lies with us.

9. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order appears to have been lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
