These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through https://twistedcitrustshirtco.com/ and form part of the contract between you and Twisted Citrus T Shirt Co.

Please read them before placing an order.

2. Our products

We sell T-shirts and related products displayed on our website.

Our products are made to order. Once you place an order, the product is produced through our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Because products are produced to order, there may occasionally be minor differences in colour, positioning or appearance between screen images and the finished physical product.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, sizes and other information are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings.

3. Product availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Although our products are made to order, a particular product, size, colour or fulfilment option may occasionally become unavailable.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund where applicable.

4. Placing an order

To place an order, you must provide the information requested during checkout and confirm your order.

Before submitting your order, you should check that:

• Your product selection is correct;
• Your size and colour are correct;
• Your delivery address is correct;
• Your contact information is correct;
• The total price is correct; and
• The applicable delivery charge is correct.

Once your order has been submitted and payment successfully authorised, we will process it for fulfilment.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Contract formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it for processing.

We reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with your order, including a significant pricing error, product availability issue, payment problem or delivery-address issue.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the affected order where appropriate.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes are included or otherwise identified as required by applicable law.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed.

A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a genuine and obvious pricing error is involved.

7. Payment

Payment is currently processed through the online payment system provided by our banking/payment-services provider.

The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can enter fulfilment.

We do not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card details on our own systems where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

8. Made-to-order production

Our products are made to order.

Following successful payment, your order is sent for fulfilment through Printful.

Printful generally fulfils most orders within approximately 2–5 business days, although actual fulfilment times can vary according to product, production method, facility, order volume and other circumstances. Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time. 

The delivery estimate shown at checkout should therefore be regarded as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

9. Delivery

We ship to destinations made available through our checkout.

Destination availability may vary according to product, fulfilment arrangements, carrier availability, legal restrictions and other circumstances.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.

Printful currently explains delivery time as the combination of fulfilment time and shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available.

10. Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Delays may occur because of:

• Carrier delays;
• Customs procedures;
• Weather or other events outside our reasonable control;
• High seasonal demand;
• Product availability;
• Incorrect delivery information;
• Failed delivery attempts; or
• Other circumstances affecting fulfilment or transportation.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will seek to provide appropriate information and assistance.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights concerning delivery.

11. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied by you, additional delivery or replacement costs may arise.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the issue is our responsibility.

12. Returns and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights, including the applicable right of withdrawal, are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Faulty or non-conforming products

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another statutory remedy.

14. No personalised products

We currently do not offer personalised or individually customised T-shirts.

All products are based on our standard designs and product options shown on the website.

15. Exchanges

We do not currently operate a voluntary exchange programme.

If you require a different size or product, you may place a new order.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where a product is faulty, incorrect or does not conform to the contract.

16. Customer responsibilities

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the website;
• Introduce malicious software;
• Attempt unauthorised access;
• Use the website for fraudulent purposes;
• Copy or exploit our intellectual property without permission; or
• Use our website in a way that violates applicable law.

17. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing limits your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

18. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including major carrier disruption, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, significant technical failures, strikes or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such circumstances affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.

Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the law applicable to your consumer relationship.
