RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Twisted Citrus T Shirt Co. purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

For qualifying online consumer purchases, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. Spanish consumer law provides for this 14-day period subject to statutory exceptions.

2. How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at:

Please include:

Your name;
Order number;
Product(s) being returned;
Date of order;
Date received; and
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You do not have to use a particular form of words.

3. Returning the goods

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you should send the goods back without undue delay and generally within 14 calendar days after communicating your withdrawal.

We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address when you contact us.

Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise our responsibility, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were informed of this before purchase.

4. Condition of returned products

You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Products should be returned in an appropriate condition and adequately packaged.

5. Refunds

When you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including applicable standard delivery costs.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, we are not required to refund the additional amount.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed.

Under applicable Spanish consumer law, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where the legal conditions for doing so apply.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

Your order number;
A description of the problem; and
Photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

You should not be required to bear costs that applicable law requires us to bear.

7. Made-to-order products

Our T-shirts are produced after an order is placed.

However, the fact that a product is produced to order does not by itself remove applicable statutory consumer rights.

The legal exception for certain goods made according to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised does not apply merely because an ordinary standard product is produced after the order is placed. Spanish consumer law specifically identifies personalised/custom goods as an exception to the ordinary withdrawal right.

As our current products are standard Twisted Citrus designs and we do not offer personalisation, we do not rely on a personalisation exception to refuse statutory withdrawals.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer a voluntary exchange service.

If you need a different size or another product, you may return the original product where your statutory rights permit and place a new order.

This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

9. Sale and promotional items

Sale and promotional products remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

A discounted price does not remove your legal rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
